Solid Marketing Management Experience

Canada is my homeland now. In early 2000, I came to Canada as an immigrant. I graduated with a M.B.A degree from John Molson School of Business, Concordia University in Montreal, majored in Marketing and Finance. I met my husband during my study. We got married and left for China two years later, and resumed to be a Marketer for Consumer Packaged Goods industry. 

In China, I have served a few very successful multinational companies, including Unilever, MeadJohnson and Logitech, for some of which, as their Marketing function head. So I have a very good understanding about clients and consumers, and I can often assess the market sharply and develop a sound strategy towards it. I am also very fluent in financial analysis and planning, having to draft and implement business plans over a decade.

Now, as a Realtor, I devote all these experiences, skills and knowledge into serving my clients. Although new in the industry, I have won several sales awards, including the highest sales achievement "President's Award" (Living Realty Inc. 2018).

So more than just a salesperson, I see myself more of a Real Estate Consultant.

Properties in GTA appear to be one of the best investment vehicles in terms of both rental yield and capital gain, even among developed countries. With my previous Business Management background in most reputable Fortune 500 companies, my goal is to provide the most professional one-stop solutions to investors.

My service starts from understanding individual client’s needs, assessing macro economic environment, analyzing individual projects, making the “best fit” recommendation and ends at locking the “hot” unit of “hot” projects! I strive to make every step of the purchase smooth.

My husband and I are both active divers. While living in China, we had the opportunities to dive many underwater paradise in Indo-Pacific Ocean, such as Maldives, Raja Ampat and Komodo Islands in Indonesia, Sipadan in Malaysia, Malapasgua in Philippines. Now we are far away from Asia, we will start to explore waters nearby Caribbean and South America. Our next stop: Galapagos!!

I am also passionate about painting. I started to learn not too long ago. Whereas I am still very green, I started to paint from life. My favorite subjects are Main Street and Toogood Pond in Unionville. Hopefully, in very near future, my watercolor works can be pretty enough to be liked by my clients as one of the housewarming gifts.
