When choosing a property, a basic principle to reference is to buy the oldest/worst property on the best street. There are 2 main reasons for this:
#1. The property’s value can be raised by the neighbourhood and the good properties around it;
#2. The owner can renovate and update the property, but not the location!
Utilizing this principle, you will be able to find the hidden gems in top-grade neighbourhoods!
